We are hiring an efficient and customer-friendly Billing Staff for our reputed Bakery located in Edappally, Ernakulam. We are seeking female candidates who are responsible, detail-oriented, and have good customer handling skills. As a Billing Staff member, you will be responsible for handling customer billing, operating billing software or POS systems, processing cash and digital payments, preparing invoices, maintaining daily sales records, handling customer queries, and ensuring accurate transaction management. You will also coordinate with the sales and service teams, maintain billing counters, and support smooth day-to-day bakery operations. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Previous experience in billing, retail, bakery, or customer service roles is preferred, but motivated freshers are also encouraged to apply.
