A reputed 3-Star Hotel is hiring an experienced South Indian Chef for its branches in Chathannoor, Kollam, and Chadayamangalam. Male candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of authentic South Indian dishes while ensuring exceptional taste, quality, and presentation. Responsibilities include planning daily menus, preparing breakfast and specialty items such as dosa, idli, vada, appam, puttu, sambar, chutneys, and traditional curries, maintaining food hygiene and kitchen safety standards, managing inventory, and minimizing food wastage. The chef will also supervise kitchen assistants, coordinate with other kitchen staff, and ensure timely food preparation and service. Candidates should have relevant experience in South Indian cuisine, excellent cooking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
