A leading FMCG Company is hiring a dedicated and result-oriented Production Executive to join our manufacturing team. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily production operations, ensuring production schedules are met, maintaining product quality standards, monitoring machine performance, coordinating with production staff, and implementing safety and hygiene procedures. The role also includes preparing production reports, managing raw material usage, reducing production downtime, and working closely with the quality control and maintenance teams to ensure efficient plant operations. Candidates with experience in FMCG manufacturing, food processing, or production management will be preferred. Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in shifts will be an added advantage. Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.
