Job Description
Deliver classroom and practical training in Fire & Safety courses as per the approved curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessment papers.
Conduct practical demonstrations, drills, and hands-on training sessions.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
Monitor student attendance, discipline, and academic progress.
Provide academic guidance and support to students to improve learning outcomes.
Ensure all training equipment, laboratories, and safety facilities are maintained and used properly.
Stay updated with the latest fire safety regulations, industry standards, and certification requirements.
Assist in conducting internal and external examinations, assessments, and certification processes.
Maintain accurate academic records, student reports, and training documentation.
Support admission, placement, and promotional activities when required.
Perform any other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
