Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Computer & Mobile Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle hardware/software troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones, as well as assist walk-in customers with sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair laptop, computer, and mobile hardware/software issues (OS installation, screen/battery replacement, formatting, etc.).
Handle counter sales, interact with walk-in customers, and recommend accessories/parts.
Provide accurate repair estimates and maintain service records.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in computer/laptop and mobile repair.
Good communication skills in Malayalam
Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.
