The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering, project execution, site supervision, and technical coordination. Responsibilities include monitoring construction activities, preparing project reports, reviewing drawings and specifications, supervising site work, coordinating with contractors and teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines. The candidate should have good knowledge of civil engineering concepts, construction materials, estimation, quantity calculations, and AutoCAD drawings. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication ability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks are essential for this role. The candidate should be capable of working independently and collaborating effectively with project teams. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position.
