The ideal candidate should be physically fit, responsible, and willing to support the technical team in daily solar installation and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include assisting electricians and technicians during solar panel installation, loading and unloading materials, carrying tools and equipment, arranging work areas, supporting wiring and maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety procedures are followed at work sites. Candidates should have a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently under supervision. Previous experience in solar, electrical, or construction-related work is an advantage, but freshers who are eager to learn are also welcome to apply. Male candidates are preferred for this position.
