A well-established Ladies Hostel in TVM is looking for a responsible and dedicated Female Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel. We prefer female candidates who are willing to stay at the hostel. Food and accommodation will be provided. The responsibilities include supervising hostel residents, maintaining discipline and safety, handling admissions and room allotments, keeping attendance records, coordinating with staff, addressing residents' concerns, ensuring cleanliness, and overseeing the smooth functioning of hostel facilities. Candidates should have good communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently. Previous experience as a hostel warden, administrator, or in a similar role will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be caring, disciplined, and capable of handling emergencies calmly.
