A growing Solar Energy Company in Kollam is hiring a skilled Welder. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding MS, GI, and structural components used for solar panel mounting systems. Daily responsibilities include reading fabrication drawings, cutting and joining metal parts, assembling support structures, ensuring accurate measurements, and maintaining high-quality welds. The candidate should be familiar with arc welding, gas cutting, grinding, and the safe use of welding equipment and tools. Experience in fabrication or structural welding is preferred, but hardworking freshers with welding skills are also welcome to apply.
