Job Vacancy: Sales Promoter
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Promoter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Approach customers, introduce products or services, and explain their features and benefits persuasively.
Sales Generation: Drive sales, meet daily/monthly targets, and promote brand awareness.
Customer Assistance: Answer customer queries, handle basic objections, and provide excellent customer service.
Display & Maintenance: Ensure products are attractively displayed, well-stocked, and organized in the promotional area.
Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback and report trends or preferences to management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Promoter, Retail Sales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in local languages and basic English.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
