We are hiring Helpers for a reputed Manufacturing Company with openings across Kerala. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The Helper will support daily production, packing, warehouse, and general operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include assisting skilled workers, handling materials, loading and unloading goods, maintaining workplace cleanliness, arranging products, and providing support to different departments as required. The candidate should follow safety guidelines, maintain discipline, and complete assigned tasks efficiently. The role requires teamwork, punctuality, and willingness to learn new processes. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage, but freshers are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, responsible, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
