We are hiring a Branch Manager for a reputed Finance Bank in Kollam. Female candidates are preferred. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, achieving business and sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service standards. The role includes supervising branch staff, monitoring loan processing, deposit mobilization, account management, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines. The candidate will prepare performance reports, resolve customer concerns, support business development initiatives, and maintain operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant banking or financial institution experience.
