A reputed Travel Agency in Thamarassery, Kozhikode is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Ticketing Staff to join our team. We welcome applications from male and female candidates who have good communication skills and an interest in the travel industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling flight and travel bookings, assisting customers with ticket reservations, managing cancellations and changes, preparing travel documents, coordinating with airlines, and providing excellent customer support. Candidates should have basic knowledge of ticketing procedures, online booking systems, and computer applications. Experience in travel agency ticketing or GDS systems will be an added advantage. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be punctual, customer-friendly, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
