Make outbound calls to free or expired profile users to pitch paid matchmaking plans.Handle inbound calls, inquiries, and customer grievances with empathy.Assist clients with basic profile registration, photo uploads, and partner preference settings.Maintain daily call logs, notes, and lead status updates in the CRM database.Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for conversions or renewals
