We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff for our footwear shop in Vengara. Male and female candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing footwear that meets their needs and preferences while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features, recommending suitable products, maintaining attractive product displays, arranging stock, and ensuring the showroom remains clean and organized. The candidate will also assist with billing, monitor inventory levels, replenish shelves, and support promotional activities to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build positive customer relationships are essential. Previous experience in retail or footwear sales is an added advantage but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-groomed, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall growth and success of the footwear shop.
