We are hiring an experienced and proactive Floor Manager for our textile showroom in Pala, Kottayam. Male and female candidates are preferred. Food and accommodation are available for selected candidates. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, supervising sales staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, assigning daily tasks, maintaining attractive product displays, resolving customer concerns, managing stock availability, and ensuring the showroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained. The candidate will coordinate with the billing, inventory, and management teams to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Previous experience in textile retail or showroom management will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and capable of leading a team effectively while maintaining high service standards and contributing to the growth and success of the textile business.
