We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Staff for our supermarket in Cherpulassery. Male and female candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, arranging shelves, checking stock availability, supporting inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the sales area. The Sales Staff will also assist in promotional activities, monitor product expiry dates, coordinate with billing and store teams, and help achieve daily sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact effectively with customers. Previous experience in supermarket, retail, or customer service roles will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while contributing to smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
