We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Staff for our textile showroom in Ottappalam. Male and female candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will assist customers in selecting clothing and textile products based on their preferences, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining product features, maintaining attractive product displays, arranging stock, handling billing support, and keeping the showroom clean and organized. The Sales Staff will also monitor inventory, replenish shelves, and coordinate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build positive customer relationships. Basic computer knowledge and prior retail or textile sales experience are an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be energetic, well-groomed, and committed to delivering excellent service while contributing to the overall growth and success of the textile showroom.
