Responsibilities include preparing accurate customer bills, handling cash, card, and digital payments, maintaining billing records, processing returns and exchanges as per store policy, and ensuring error-free transactions. The candidate will also assist customers with billing-related queries, coordinate with the sales team, and support daily store operations when required. Attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours are essential. Previous experience in retail billing or POS software is preferred, but freshers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
