A reputed Ladies Hostel in Palarivattom, Ernakulam is looking for a responsible and dedicated Hostel Warden to manage daily hostel operations. Female candidates are preferred for this position. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising hostel residents, maintaining discipline and safety, handling admissions and room allotments, keeping attendance and hostel records, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance activities, addressing residents' concerns, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment. The candidate should possess good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. Previous experience in hostel administration or a similar role will be an added advantage.
