A reputed finance firm in Thripunithara is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our financial operations. Male/Female candidates are preferred for this position. Experience: 3–4 years of experience in NBFC or the financial services sector. Salary: Starting from ?30,000 per month + attractive incentives.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, achieving business targets, handling customer relationships, leading and motivating the team, monitoring loan processes, ensuring quality customer service, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, financial knowledge, good communication abilities, and experience in managing branch-level activities.
