A reputed finance firm in Thripunithara is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. Male/Female candidates are preferred for this position. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in NBFC or relevant financial services field. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, providing financial product information, coordinating with clients, supporting loan processing activities, maintaining customer records, follow-ups, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Knowledge of NBFC operations and financial products will be an added advantage.
