A reputed education institute in Mavelikkara is looking for enthusiastic Male/Female Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant voice, and the ability to interact confidently with students and parents. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential students, explaining course details, responding to enquiries, maintaining follow-up records, scheduling counselling sessions, and supporting admission activities. The candidate should be able to build good relationships with callers, provide accurate information about institute programs, and achieve assigned call and follow-up targets. Basic computer knowledge, good listening skills, and a positive attitude are required for this role. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or the education sector will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
