The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, and workforce management. Responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and labor teams, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards, monitoring material usage, maintaining site safety, and preparing daily progress reports.
