The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, monitoring project costs, processing payroll, and ensuring timely tax filings. The candidate will also assist in budget planning, financial analysis, audit preparation, and maintaining accurate financial records. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel is essential. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required.
