The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of gold loan procedures, customer handling, and financial documentation. Key responsibilities include handling gold loan applications, verifying customer documents, assisting with gold appraisal processes, explaining loan products and terms to customers, processing loan documentation, maintaining customer records, achieving loan targets, following up with customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales ability, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach. Experience in gold valuation, loan processing, and branch operations will be an added advantage.
