Key responsibilities include managing branch activities, achieving gold loan business targets, handling customer relationships, evaluating loan applications, coordinating gold appraisal and documentation processes, ensuring compliance with banking policies, managing sales teams, developing new customer relationships, and monitoring overall branch performance. The candidate should have excellent communication, leadership, sales, and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of gold loan products, loan processing procedures, and financial regulations is essential. Candidates with experience in branch operations and team management will be preferred.
