We are hiring an experienced and customer-oriented Floor Manager to join our Textile Showroom in Kalpetta. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, textile sales, or showroom floor management are preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer handling abilities, and the capability to manage showroom floor operations efficiently. Key responsibilities include supervising sales staff, monitoring customer service standards, assisting customers with product selection, achieving floor sales targets, maintaining attractive product displays, coordinating with billing and stock teams, managing staff schedules, handling customer concerns, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. The candidate should have good communication skills, sales knowledge, and the ability to motivate team members. Experience in textile or fashion retail will be an added advantage.
