We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to join our Textile Showroom in Kalpetta. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in showroom management, retail sales, or textile operations are preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to manage daily showroom activities effectively. Key responsibilities include supervising showroom staff, achieving sales targets, managing customer service, maintaining product displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with purchase and billing teams, handling customer feedback, preparing sales reports, and ensuring smooth showroom operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, team management abilities, and knowledge of textile products and retail practices. Experience in textile, fashion, or premium retail stores will be an added advantage.
