Key responsibilities include supervising service technicians, coordinating customer service requests, handling complaints, monitoring repair quality, ensuring timely service completion, managing service records, coordinating spare parts availability, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. The candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in handling service teams. Knowledge of home appliances, warranty procedures, and after-sales service operations will be an added advantage.
