We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-friendly Telecallers to join our Home Appliance Supplier company in Perinthalmanna. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident approach, and the ability to interact with customers professionally. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, attending customer inquiries, explaining home appliance products and offers, generating sales leads, following up with potential customers, scheduling customer visits, maintaining customer databases, collecting feedback, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets. The candidate should have good convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain positive customer relationships. Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
