Key responsibilities include developing category-wise sales plans, managing product portfolios, analyzing market trends, coordinating with suppliers and the sales team, monitoring inventory levels, driving revenue growth, and achieving category sales targets. The role also involves planning promotional activities, evaluating product performance, optimizing pricing strategies, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP or inventory management systems. Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or retail sales management is highly preferred.
