The ideal candidate should possess the required academic qualifications as per institutional and regulatory guidelines, with a strong foundation in Medical and Surgical Nursing. Key responsibilities include delivering classroom lectures, supervising clinical training, preparing lesson plans, conducting practical demonstrations, evaluating student performance, guiding research and academic projects, and maintaining academic records. The candidate will also participate in curriculum development, faculty meetings, accreditation activities, and continuing education programs while ensuring compliance with nursing education standards. Strong communication, teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Previous teaching or clinical experience in Medical and Surgical Nursing will be an added advantage.
