We are hiring an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to manage operations at our Two Wheeler Showroom in Kondotty. Male candidates are preferred for this position. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in handling two-wheeler service operations. Key responsibilities include managing daily workshop activities, supervising mechanics and service staff, monitoring repair and service quality, coordinating customer service requirements, handling job cards, ensuring timely vehicle delivery, managing spare parts usage, maintaining workshop records, and improving customer satisfaction. The candidate should have knowledge of two-wheeler servicing, troubleshooting, team management, and service process improvements. Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to manage a busy workshop environment are essential. Candidates with experience in automobile service centers or authorized two-wheeler workshops will be preferred.
