We are hiring a responsible and experienced Billing Staff to join our Buycycle Sales and Retail team in Puducherry. Applications are welcome from both male and female candidates. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in billing or retail operations are preferred. The ideal candidate should have good computer knowledge, accuracy in handling transactions, and a customer-friendly approach. Key responsibilities include preparing customer bills, handling cash and digital payments, operating billing software/POS systems, maintaining daily sales records, generating invoices, managing returns and exchanges, assisting customers with billing-related queries, and ensuring smooth checkout operations. The candidate should have good numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Experience with retail billing, inventory systems, and basic accounting software will be an added advantage.
