The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to coordinate with customers to provide a memorable shopping experience for wedding occasions. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with wedding clothing selections, understanding client requirements, coordinating bridal and groom wear appointments, managing customer follow-ups, arranging product displays, coordinating with sales and tailoring teams, and ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries professionally, supporting wedding package coordination, and ensuring customer satisfaction from selection to final delivery. Candidates should have good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion and customer service. Previous experience in wedding coordination, textile sales, or retail management is preferred.
