We are hiring a Research Assistant for a reputed Architectural Firm in Chennai. Male candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will support the design and planning team by conducting research on architectural trends, building materials, construction technologies, sustainability practices, and relevant building codes. The role includes collecting and analyzing data, preparing research reports, assisting with project documentation, coordinating with architects and consultants, and contributing to concept development for ongoing projects. Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or architectural research methods will be an added advantage. A keen interest in architecture, urban design, and innovative construction practices is essential. Previous experience in architectural research or design support is preferred, but motivated fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
