We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for a reputed Paint Shop located in Puliyanam, Angamaly. Male candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting paint products, generating new business opportunities, visiting dealers, contractors, builders, and retail customers, and building strong customer relationships. The role includes achieving sales targets, identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, collecting market feedback, preparing daily visit reports, and coordinating with the store team to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to travel locally for field visits. Previous experience in field sales, preferably in paints, building materials, or related industries, is an advantage. A valid two-wheeler driving license and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
