Job Title: Store Manager Company: George Projects Windows & Doors Location: Alappuzha, Kerala Experience: Minimum 3 Years Job Type: Full-time Salary: Attractive Salary Job Summary George Projects Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced and organized Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, material handling, and stock control. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely receipt, storage, issuance, and reconciliation of materials required for manufacturing and project execution while maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently. Receive, inspect, verify, and record all incoming materials. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and inventory management. Maintain accurate stock records using ERP software and MS Excel. Coordinate material issuance to production and project sites. Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation. Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Project departments. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization within the store. Monitor material movement and prevent inventory loss, damage, or wastage. Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory control policies. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Store In-Charge. Experience in UPVC Windows & Doors, Manufacturing, Construction, Building Materials, or Industrial Stores is preferred. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software. Good understanding of stock verification, material handling, and inventory reconciliation. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
