A well-established Ladies Hostel in Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) is looking for an experienced and dedicated Lady Cook to join our team. Female candidates preferred. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh, hygienic, and nutritious meals for hostel residents. Daily duties include planning and cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening snacks while maintaining consistent food quality and taste. The candidate should ensure proper kitchen cleanliness, follow food safety and hygiene standards, manage kitchen inventory, and minimize food wastage. Responsibilities also include cleaning the cooking area, coordinating with the hostel management regarding meal requirements, and ensuring timely meal service. The ideal candidate should be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
