We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to join our resort team in Wayanad / Munnar. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including preparation of authentic dishes, sauces, noodles, dim sum, and other specialty items. The candidate will be responsible for menu preparation, food quality control, kitchen hygiene, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of taste and presentation. Male candidates are preferred for this position. Applicants should have relevant experience in resort, hotel, or restaurant kitchens and the ability to work efficiently in a professional environment.
