Job Description
We are looking for an experienced South Indian Chef to join our resort kitchen team in Wayanad/Munnar. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining food quality, and ensuring excellent taste and presentation. The chef should have good knowledge of Kerala cuisine, traditional South Indian recipes, breakfast preparations, and special menu items. The role includes planning daily menus, preparing meals according to guest requirements, maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards, managing ingredients, reducing food wastage, and coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth operations. The candidate should be able to handle busy service periods and maintain consistent food quality.
