Candidates will be responsible for resolving payment-related issues, negotiating repayment plans, updating collection records, and submitting daily reports. The role also involves maintaining positive customer relationships while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Applicants should possess good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to travel within assigned locations are preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
