e are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for our electronic shop in Manjeri. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English is mandatory to effectively assist customers from diverse backgrounds. The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their requirements, responding to inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, handling service follow-ups, coordinating with the sales and service teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes managing customer records, preparing reports, handling phone calls, and supporting day-to-day administrative activities. Candidates should be well-organized, customer-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude. Previous experience in customer service or retail is an advantage, but enthusiastic freshers with the required skills are also encouraged to apply.
