We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Manager to join our boutique and fashion designing studio in Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring smooth workflow within the boutique. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with designers and tailoring teams, handling billing and administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge and experience in retail, boutique management, or customer service will be an added advantage. Freshers with good managerial skills and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
