A Production Supervisor at Vasantha Cartons (based in Sivakasi) is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that carton packaging products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and on schedule. The supervisor bridges the gap between upper management and shop floor workers to achieve productivity and quality targets.Develop and manage daily shift schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and daily production goals.
