Job Responsibilities: • Attend customers and understand their mobile repair issues • Explain repair status, charges and delivery time clearly • Handle incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries • Create and update customer job records • Follow up with customers regarding repair status • Coordinate with mobile technicians • Maintain good customer relationships • Support daily shop operations Requirements: • Good Tamil communication skills • Basic English knowledge • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge • Friendly and professional customer handling • Responsible and punctual • Freshers can also apply Salary: ?10,000 – ?15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills) ????
