Responsibilities include preparing customer invoices, processing cash, card, and digital payments, maintaining daily billing records, handling returns and exchanges, and ensuring error-free transactions. The role also involves assisting customers with billing-related queries, coordinating with the sales team, updating stock records, and maintaining a clean and organized billing counter. Candidates should be courteous, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in billing, cashier, or retail operations is preferred, but freshers with basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
