We are hiring a skilled Male Welder for a leading Solar Energy Company in Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have experience in welding and metal fabrication, with the ability to read basic drawings and safely operate welding equipment. Responsibilities include welding and assembling metal structures, fabricating mounting frames for solar panel installations, repairing and maintaining metal components, cutting and shaping materials, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The role also involves inspecting completed welds, maintaining tools and equipment, and working closely with the installation team to complete projects on schedule. Candidates should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to travel to project sites when required. Prior experience in MIG, TIG, or Arc welding is preferred, while dedicated candidates with relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply.
