We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Male/Female Sales Staff to join our textile showroom in Thripunithura. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting garments and textile products, understanding their preferences, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Key responsibilities include displaying merchandise attractively, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom, explaining product features, handling customer inquiries, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, assisting in inventory management, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating with the billing team to ensure smooth transactions. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for retail sales. Previous experience in textile or retail sales is preferred, but freshers with a willingness to learn and a customer-oriented approach are also encouraged to apply. The position is based in Thripunithura.
